Payment & Delivery

 

Payment can be made by the following methods:

Credit Card:  We accept Visa & Mastercard ONLY for all orders placed online and for orders which are phoned or faxed through to us. 

Paypal:  Payment can be made with credit/debit card for orders which are phoned or faxed through to us.

Cheque or Money Order:  Is accepted for phone and faxed orders ONLY. 

 

Delivery Charges

To ensure that you receive your order in the most cost effective manner, postage charges will be calculated after we receive your order. 

We will contact you either by telephone or email to confirm these charges prior to charging your card and shipping your order.

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of payment being received (excluding weekends & public holidays).

If you live in the New England Area or are travelling through you are more than welcome to pickup your order.

 

 Shipping Methods & Costs

We send customer orders the same day the order is placed, with a 3pm cut off timeframe.This of course excludes weekends or if we are out of stock with a product.To put it simple, we like to get your orders out the door and on the way to you ASAP.

We can either send goods by Australia Post or Star Track Express Freight, or if you are in the local region we can organise to have a courier pick up and deliver.Or, we are more than happy for you to organise pick up from our shop at 211 Beardy Street, ARMIDALE.

All orders sent by Aus Post valued over $50.00 we send by Registered Post with optional insurance for higher priced products.

All larger or dangerous goods (eg. Sprays, paints, glues etc.) are sent by Star Track Express, we will also organise a time for delivery when you are home so there are no double freight costs, this benefits both you the customer, and us.
